What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in EURO (€).
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at monsieur.running.mr@gmail.com . If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Do you sell authentic items?
Yes. All items sold by Monsieur Running are carefully checked and selected before being listed for sale.
