Shipping policy

We ship orders from Germany. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before completing the order. 

Estimated delivery times:
Germany: 2–5 business days  
European Union: 4–10 business days  
International orders: delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If tracking is available, the tracking information will be included.
